Nexus One Phone

At the rate this is going, Android is moving squarely in the direction of GNU/Linux fragmentation. This means that it’ll be harder for a unified approach to the development of the platform and APIs.

I predict that there will be many “Technological Previews” on the Android platform but few can be rolled-out to the mass market.

The new Flash Player 10.1 for Android is a case in point. I’m still waiting for someone to show me his phone with Flash running.

They are going nowhere.
