Caffeinated
I had a rather large cup of tea sometime last week (100mg caffeine) and felt quite sick afterwards, and thought that was because of the terrible weather or just general sickliness. Today, I had a bottle of milk coffee of the same amount (caffeine content unknown) and felt bad enough to be tetchy even while sitting in a lecture.
I haven’t had any issues with the decaf black tea I’ve been drinking. Usually, I don’t have issues with kopitiam tea nor soft drinks either.
I’d say I might be getting sensitive just to something in coffee if it wasn’t for that incident last week.. I hope it’s just something in bottled or expensive stuff.
