AirPiano - The AirPiano is a musical device that is played by moving your hands above it in the air. The AirPiano is a virtual matrix of keys and faders, each assigned with MIDI messages and ready to be triggered. The length of a triggered note is equivalent to the time a hand is placed on the corresponding virtual key. This is also confirmed by LED feedback.

At the moment the AirPiano is only a prototype, so there is no word on when it will go into production and how much it will cost.

This is so much cooler than those pseudo IR ‘harps’ and theremin. Well, maybe because I prefer keyboards, but still..
