This is where you still can get the old Multivalent, which has the PDF manipulation tools included in the .jar file. Immensely useful, but unfortunately has been withdrawn from distribution by the author on SF.net due to some license issues. I use it to generate PocketMod and non-standard 8-up imposed pages for printing.
